OFFICERS FULL DRESS CROSS BELT & POUCH
Victorian c1881 Volunteer Medical Officer Dress Cross Belt and Cartouche Pouch in very good condition.

The cross belt and pouch are in black leather, with triple bands of silver wire embroidery and silver plated fittings, including the Victorian VR cypher, surmounted by the royal crown. Volunteers wore essentially the same dress as regular Medical Officers, but in silver instead of gold fittings.
