The presentation case is covered in red leatherette embossed on the lid with “40” with oaks leafs in gold, and the inside is lined with red velvet which the medal sits, and the inside of the lid is lined with white silk satin with a press button catch. The case has a few minor scuffs the medal is in mint condition.
