A scarce Officer’s Albert pattern shako plate circa 1844-53. A good scarce Crimean War period plate.

Gilt QVC

A fire gilt die-stamped crown star mounted with strap "1ST YORKSHIRE WEST RIDING REGIMENT" with SERINGAPATAM and WATERLOO below. Centrally, within laurel sprays, 33 on burnished gilt ground. Horizontal loops and wire behind the crown. Crown cross surmounting orb replaced.
